“The Central Coast is no longer a ‘promising’ wine region.  It’s proven, and it has breadth.  It’s great to have this region highlighted with its own competition.

After tasting last year’s gold medal/sweepstakes nominees, I was impressed by the choices of my fellow judges.  It even affected by own wine purchasing.
