Winery of the Year
The Winery of the Year is awarded to the winery with the highest total points of placing wines of the competition. The award is announced at the California Mid-State Fair Wine Industry Awards night every first Friday of the California Mid-State Fair in July, alongside the Wine Grower of the Year, Winemaker of the Year and Wine Industry Person of the Year.
Taking place during the annual California Mid-State Fair (July 20-July 31, 2022), the public event allows fairgoers to sample Gold Medal-winning wines from the competition.
