New Judge Confirmed – Brigit Binns, Published Author and Chef
February 26, 2018, Paso Robles, California – The Central Coast Olive Oil Competition, hosted annually by the California Mid-State Fair and in partnership with the Lodi Grape Festival, has confirmed local business owner, published author and chef Brigit Binns as a judge for the 2018 competition.
Binns spent ten years living in Europe, she graduated from England’s Tante Marie cooking school, lived and catered in Spain for three years, and edited the Costa del Sol’s English-language magazine.
Brigit now lives happily full time in California’s Central Coast wine country. She along with her fabulous husband, Casey (aka the Wine Spectator-award-winning Paso Wine Man), live happily full time in California’s Central Coast Wine country and together make life most eminently worth living. She can’t imagine a better place to eat, drink, and be married.
